Come and see the new heaters and furniture

You are all invited to the unveiling of the new and improved facilities in the church and hall of St. Peter’s on Sunday 27^th August, 12.30pm to 2pm.

Please bring a picnic lunch to celebrate. Soft drinks will be available.

We are extremely grateful to Thalia WB Community Fund for their overwhelming support, a grant of over £10,000, which swelled the funds raised by you, the villagers, enabling the purchase of both energy efficient heaters and the complete replacement of old furniture.

The new heaters will especially attract those who have been put off from attending events by the cold in winter months and those visiting will also sit in increased comfort!

PS Anybody interested in some of the old furniture, please contact Gill Barnes or Phil Brown. It will be available free of charge, although donations to Wentworth Fundraising will be welcome.
