Just a short note to inform you that the Ely 115 Squadron Duathlon (run / cycle / run) is planned for Sunday 24 March 2024 with the cycle route passing through Witcham Toll, along the A142 and back to Lancaster Way Business Park.
The race will start at 8am from Lancaster Way Business Park with a 5km run before competitors start the bike leg. I would expect a maximum of 200 competitors passing along the A142 from 08:20 to 10:30am but expect everyone to be finished by 11am. Marshals will be deployed on the course at key points and signage will be erected the day before the event and be removed by the day after.
