Cable laying work in Main Street Wentworth.
UK Power Networks are the distribution network operator for your area and are responsible for the installation and maintenance of electricity cables, bringing power to homes and businesses.
I am writing to let you know that starting 7th May 2025, we plan to carry out work in Main Street to install an underground electricity supply a new development site. This work will take up to 3 days to complete.
The work will take place between 0900 and 1600.
As the road is narrow, there may be some delays but the work will pause to allow vehicles to pass. Road boards will cover the excavations to maintain your access.
We apologise for any inconvenience and will ensure disruption is kept to a minimum and there are no planned power cuts associated with this work.
